Shipping & Returns


I do not accept returns but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If your order was damaged in transit please provide pictures. 

In the event of a pre-approved returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its unused, original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted for used items, items that were purchased on sale, or for items that were custom ordered.


Large orders (10 bars or more) ship by UPS. If you require USPS additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact me prior to ordering.

Smaller orders ship by USPS

First class mail has taken as long as 2 weeks during our pandemic. Due to the pandemic, many post offices are short staffed and delivery days are not guaranteed. Once an item is dropped off at the post office, any updates through the tracking information are made by USPS. I do not offer refunds for packages arriving later than expected. 

I only ship to the address listed in the order. Please be sure to confirm the correct shipping address before you pay for your order. If I have shipped your order and you entered the incorrect address, please be sure to sign up for mail forwarding on the website:

Shipping times vary, but here are approximate estimates for delivery times according to (Double these estimates during holidays, COVID-19, and inclement weather) 

First Class Package:
East Coast: up to 2 weeks
Midwest: up to 2 weeks 
West Coast: up to 2 weeks
APO: 8 plus weeks in the US, twice that if international. 

I am not responsible for late, mis delivered, or lost packages. I can provide you with information to assist you with filing your claim at your post office. 

Shipping is not refunded in the event your address is incomplete or undeliverable or you fail to retrieve your package from the address you listed in the order.
