Return & Refund Policy

At Beach City Boutique, each product is made with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Handmade-to-order products
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

This policy is in line with U.S. FTC guidanceCanada’s PIPEDA, and UK/EU consumer law exceptions for personalized or made-to-order goods under the Consumer Rights Directive.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive in unacceptable condition due to shipping damage or production error.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, but we do not accept international returns. Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
