At Beach City Boutique, we can help bring your special image to life!

This listing allows you to request a rough preliminary render to see how your image may translate into diamond art before committing to the purchase of a complete custom diamond art kit.

STEP 1 – EMAIL YOUR IMAGE FOR APPROVAL

Please email your image to Beach City Boutique for approval BEFORE purchasing this listing.

I will review your image to determine whether it is suitable for diamond art and can be submitted for rendering.

Please provide the highest-resolution version of your image available. Screenshots, social-media downloads, thumbnails, and other low-resolution images may not be suitable for rendering.

Not every image translates well into diamond art, so this initial review helps determine whether your image is a good candidate.

IMAGE OWNERSHIP & ARTIST PERMISSION

You must own the image or have permission to reproduce it.

If the image or artwork was not created or owned by you, you must provide written and signed permission from the artist or copyright owner specifically authorizing the artwork to be reproduced as a diamond art kit.

The permission letter must:

• Identify the specific image by name or title

• Clearly authorize reproduction of that image as a diamond art kit

• Include the applicable permission or licensing details

• Be signed by the artist or copyright owner

A general permission statement that does not identify the specific artwork will not be accepted.

The artist or copyright owner must also provide the artwork in high resolution. Screenshots, social-media downloads, thumbnails, or other low-resolution copies will not be accepted in place of the original high-resolution artwork.

Please do not purchase this non-refundable listing until the required permission and image have been reviewed and approved by Beach City Boutique.

Copyrighted artwork will not be submitted for rendering without appropriate written permission.

$10 ROUGH RENDER REQUEST

Once your image has been approved, you may purchase the $10 Rough Render Request.

This non-refundable fee covers ONE preliminary visual render so you can see how your image may translate into diamond art.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks to receive your rough render.

IMPORTANT – RENDER REVISIONS

The $10 fee covers one rendering request only. Revisions, adjustments, or changes requested after the preliminary render has been created are not included.

If you would like changes made that require the image to be rendered again, you will need to purchase another $10 Rough Render Request.

This includes changes to the original image, adjustments to the design, or other modifications requiring a new render.

If your requested changes require additional image-editing services, those services will be quoted separately.

Each additional render is subject to the same 3–4 week estimated turnaround time.

The $10 Rough Render Request does NOT include:

• Multiple renders or revisions

• DMC color numbers or a color chart

• Sticker sheet

• Production-ready rendering files

• Image editing or modifications

• A finished diamond art kit

This service provides one rough visual render only. All rendering fees are non-refundable.

HOW MANY COLORS WILL MY KIT HAVE?

Most custom diamond art kits typically contain approximately 70–95 colors, depending on the image, its complexity, and the selected canvas size.

The exact color count cannot be guaranteed from the rough preliminary render alone.

Our goal is to create a beautiful diamond art experience while balancing color detail, image clarity, and the overall finished appearance.

OPTIONAL IMAGE EDITING – $20–$100

Need changes made to your image before rendering?

Image-editing services are available for an additional $20–$100, depending on the amount and complexity of the work required.

Editing may include:

• Image cleanup or enhancement

• Removing or changing elements

• Adjusting colors or backgrounds

• Simplifying details

• Other modifications to help prepare the image for diamond art

You will receive a quote before any editing begins, and a separate custom listing will be created for the agreed-upon services.

If editing requires a new render, an additional $10 Rough Render Request must also be purchased.

All image-editing fees are non-refundable and are not credited toward the purchase price of a finished custom diamond art kit.

LOVE YOUR RENDER?

Wonderful! If you decide you would like to turn your image into a complete custom diamond art kit, I will create a separate custom listing based on your approved image and desired kit configuration.

Your custom kit options may include:

• Canvas size

• Drill shape: Square or Round

• Edge/border selection

• Special drill options, where available

Your final kit price will depend on the size and configuration you select.

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a finished kit after receiving your rough render.

IMPORTANT TURNAROUND TIMES

Rough Render: Approximately 3–4 weeks per rendering request.

All custom rendering services are completed through our design partners, and turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Turnaround times may be extended during:

• Chinese national holidays

• Scheduled designer or factory closures

• Unusually high order volume

• Other unforeseen production delays

Our designers are given their scheduled holiday breaks. Requests may still be placed into the queue during these periods, but custom design work will resume when the designers return.

Custom rendering services cannot be rushed or guaranteed by a specific date.

Please plan accordingly if you are considering a custom diamond art kit for a special occasion, gift, or event.
