Many designs are original AI-assisted artworks created by me, Kelly Reins, thoughtfully developed to reflect the sparkle, serenity, and artistic vision that define Beach City Boutique.

I also partner with talented artists from around the world through professionally executed licensing agreements. Every licensed artwork is clearly credited within its product listing, ensuring transparency and respect for each artist's intellectual property.

Every design—whether original or licensed—is carefully curated, professionally rendered, and quality reviewed before production.

Every diamond art kit purchased directly from Beach City Boutique includes complimentary access to the Beach City Boutique Drill Replacement Program for the original purchaser only.

If you accidentally spill or lose drills while working on your kit, I will replace missing colors within reason based on:

• The original kit contents
• Product availability
• Verification of your original order

The Beach City Boutique Drill Replacement Program is non-transferable.

If multiple kits are purchased in a single order, program benefits apply only to the original purchaser of those kits. Benefits do not transfer if a kit is gifted, resold, traded, destashed, or otherwise transferred to another person.

Warranty Eligibility

The Beach City Boutique Drill Replacement Program and all replacement support are available only for verified purchases made directly through Beach City Boutique.

To process any request, sufficient order information must be provided so the original purchase can be verified.

Program benefits and warranty coverage apply only to the original purchaser.

The following are not eligible for replacement or warranty claims:

• Gifted, resold, traded, or destashed kits
• Orders that have already been refunded
• Orders that have already been replaced or otherwise fully resolved
• Requests that cannot be verified through the original order

The Beach City Boutique Drill Replacement Program and warranty coverage are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued for future purchases at Beach City Boutique's discretion. Any approved replacements are limited to the original drill colors and quantities included with the purchased kit, subject to availability.

Made-to-Order Production

Most Beach City Boutique diamond art kits are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Production begins shortly after your order is placed and typically ships directly from my trusted manufacturing partner.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 weeks, although holiday seasons, customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend transit times.

Tracking information may not update immediately while packages move between production and export facilities.

Shipping & Duties

Every order is carefully packaged using protective double-box shipping whenever appropriate to help ensure it arrives safely.

For international customers, Beach City Boutique pays all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees whenever offered through our shipping program, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Square vs. Round Diamond Drills

Round drills are slightly larger than square drills. As a result, some artwork may require a slightly larger canvas size when produced in round drills to preserve image quality. This may increase material usage and shipping costs, which can result in a higher price for round drill kits.

For any canvas with at least one 60 cm edge, upscaling is generally not necessary because image clarity and rendering quality remain excellent. If an upscale charge is mistakenly applied to a qualifying canvas, the additional fee will be refunded.

Square drills create a crisp, edge-to-edge mosaic appearance with no visible gaps.

Round drills are easier to place, making them an excellent choice for beginners while still producing a beautiful finished piece.

Both options are premium-quality materials. The best choice simply depends on your preferred crafting experience and sparkle style.
