Shipping Policy – Beach City Boutique

Applies to: All Products – Diamond Art Kits, Artisan Soaps, Resin Accessories, and Digital Products (where applicable)

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order at https://beachcityboutique.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Beach City Boutique proudly offers international shipping to many destinations worldwide through trusted global carriers. Due to changing customs regulations, VAT requirements, import laws, and carrier limitations, shipping availability may vary by country and certain destinations may be temporarily unavailable without notice.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Processing refers to the preparation and production of your order prior to shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, products ordered, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Where available, qualifying orders may be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, and available shipping methods vary by destination and are automatically displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges displayed during checkout are final and apply only to the selected shipping destination.

Diamond Art Kits (Made-to-Order)

  • Orders are submitted to production within 3 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Diamond art kits are produced and shipped directly from our international production partner.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 5 to 7 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • During peak periods, international factory closures, customs processing delays, or holidays, delivery timelines may extend by an additional 2 to 4 weeks.

Each diamond art kit is custom-produced and cannot be expedited once production has begun.

Tracking information may take up to 14 days to begin updating after shipment as packages move through export processing, customs processing, and international carrier networks.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Artisan Soaps & Resin Accessories

  • Typically require 5–7 business days for production prior to shipment.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination and carrier.
  • Processing times may extend during high-volume periods.

All handcrafted items are produced in small batches and may require additional preparation time depending on availability.

2. United States Shipping

Diamond Art Kits (Made-to-Order)

  • Orders are submitted to production within 3 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Kits are produced and shipped directly from our international production partner.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–7 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Tracking information may take up to 14 days to begin updating during international processing.

Artisan Soaps & Resin Accessories

  • Handmade items require approximately 5–7 business days for production prior to shipment.
  • Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier.
  • Tracking is typically available within 5–7 days as your order is prepared and processed for shipment.

All handcrafted items are produced in small batches and may require additional time during high-volume periods.

Additional U.S. Shipping Information

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional delivery providers.
  • A valid phone number may be required by shipping carriers for delivery coordination.
  • Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. A physical street address is required. Orders placed using restricted addresses may be delayed, canceled, held pending correction, or refused by the carrier.

Customers who disguise or mask a P.O. Box address (including listing it as a unit, apartment, or suite number) do so entirely at their own risk. Beach City Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed, rejected, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to an invalid or disguised shipping address. Such orders are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipment.

3. Canada Shipping

Diamond Art Kits

Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–7 weeks, subject to customs clearance and carrier processing.

Other Products

Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–20 business days.

Duties & Taxes

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, GST/HST, brokerage fees, import taxes, or other fees assessed by Canadian authorities.

Shipping availability to Canada may vary based on customs regulations, carrier service limitations, or import compliance requirements.

4. United Kingdom Shipping - Shipping has been paused due to customs issues with Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–7 weeks.

Other Products

Estimated delivery timeframe: 10–21 business days.

VAT & Customs

UK customers are responsible for VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and any import-related charges assessed at delivery.

Certain products or shipment methods may become temporarily unavailable due to changing UK import regulations or carrier restrictions.

5. European Union Shipping

Diamond Art Kits

Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–7 weeks, subject to customs clearance.

Other Products

Estimated delivery timeframe: 10–30 business days.

Duties & VAT

Customers are responsible for import VAT, customs duties, customs processing fees, and any country-specific import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.

Shipping eligibility within the European Union may vary by country depending on customs requirements, VAT regulations, product restrictions, or carrier availability.

6. International Orders – General Terms

  • International transit times may vary due to customs inspections, import processing, regional disruptions, or local carrier delays.
  • Beach City Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, governmental agencies, or shipping carriers.
  • We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes.
  • Some countries may restrict certain products or require additional import documentation. Customers are responsible for verifying import eligibility before placing an order.
  • Shipping availability may change at any time due to customs regulations, VAT requirements, carrier limitations, geopolitical conditions, or regional service disruptions.
  • Certain countries may be temporarily unavailable for shipment without prior notice.
  • Certain products, including artisan soaps and other handcrafted items, are available only for shipment within the United States. Product availability is determined automatically during checkout based on the shipping destination.

Orders refused due to unpaid duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or import requirements are considered final and are not eligible for a refund unless the package is successfully returned to Beach City Boutique.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all applicable import requirements, taxes, duties, documentation, and customs obligations are satisfied.

Beach City Boutique is not responsible for packages delayed, held, rejected, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or local carriers due to unpaid fees, import restrictions, or regulatory compliance issues.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may be shipped separately at our discretion.

If an order ships in multiple packages, no additional shipping charges will be added after checkout.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once submitted to production.

Beach City Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Packages returned due to insufficient address information.
  • Failed deliveries due to carrier inability to access the destination.
  • Additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

Returned packages may incur reshipping fees.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Delivery timing is outside our control.
  • Carrier scans and delivery confirmations are considered authoritative.
  • Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Beach City Boutique considers the order fulfilled.
  • Claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We may assist with documentation when appropriate; however, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

10. Force Majeure

Beach City Boutique is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Customs inspections, holds, or seizures
  • Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
  • Government regulations, sanctions, or import restrictions
  • International conflicts or geopolitical events
  • Global or regional shipping disruptions
  • Carrier operational limitations

11. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to two weeks for tracking updates to appear within carrier systems.
