All kits are made to order and ship directly from our production partner. Because production begins shortly after purchase, custom and made-to-order kits are final sale.

Warranty and Order Policy Each kit is thoughtfully made to order and begins processing promptly upon purchase. As a result, all orders are final sale and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once placed. Every kit includes Beach City Boutique exclusive Spill Protection for the original purchaser. If drills are accidentally spilled or lost, we will replace missing colors within reason, based on availability, so you can complete your artwork with confidence. If your kit arrives with any missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Kindly allow up to 48 hours for a response. We will ensure it is resolved with care.
