Diamond Art FAQ

About My Diamond Art Artwork

At Beach City Boutique, I proudly curate a collection of diamond art designs that reflect my passion for creativity and quality. Many of the designs are original works created by me, Kelly Reins, with care and artistic intention. In addition, I occasionally feature artwork from other talented artists whose styles align with the spirit of my boutique.

When a design is not created by me, I will clearly note that in the product description to ensure full transparency. Every piece in my shop—whether my own or from a collaborating artist—is carefully selected and exclusively available through Beach City Boutique.

When you purchase from my shop, you’re supporting independent artistry and a handpicked selection of unique, high-quality creations you won’t find anywhere else.

Special Drill Options

Mermaid Dust
A soft, shimmering touch of seaside magic. Each resin drill is finished with a pearlescent mica coating that creates a gentle sheen — like sunlight dancing on seashells. Mermaid Dust gives your canvas a delicate sparkle, softer and more refined than AB diamonds.

Aurora Borealis (AB) Coating
This stunning finish reflects a delicate rainbow of light across the surface of each drill, creating an ethereal shimmer that catches the eye from every angle. With a soft, luminous sparkle, the coating adds depth and dimension—like a kiss of starlight—elevating your artwork with a subtle touch of magic.

Square Versus Round Diamond Drills - approximately

Round drills are slightly larger than square drills, which means the same design will require a larger canvas when using rounds. Because of this increase in size, round drill kits use more material, result in a heavier package, and therefore have higher shipping costs compared to their square drill equivalents.
