This is a preorder item. The artwork has not yet been professionally hand rendered. Your preorder helps determine whether this artwork will move forward into professional hand rendering.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions below.
Preorder Details
Introductory Preorder Price
Receive exclusive introductory preorder pricing available only during the preorder period.
Preorder Goal
A minimum of 10 paid preorders is required before the artwork will be professionally hand rendered.
Once the 10th paid preorder has been received, the artwork will immediately be submitted for professional hand rendering.
If the preorder goal is not reached, all preorder customers will automatically receive a 100% refund to their original payment method.
Please note that PayPal may issue refunds as an eCheck depending on the original payment method. If applicable, eCheck refunds typically require 7–10 business days to clear after the refund has been issued.
Limited Preorder Availability
The introductory preorder price is available until the preorder goal of 10 paid preorders has been reached.
Once the 10th paid preorder has been received, the artwork will immediately move forward into professional hand rendering. The preorder listing will typically be disabled within a few hours.
Because order processing is not instantaneous, Beach City Boutique reserves the right to accept a limited number of additional preorders received before the listing is disabled.
Beach City Boutique reserves the right to close the preorder listing at any time after the preorder goal has been reached.

The quantity, type, and placement of each specialty drill will be professionally selected during the hand-rendering process to best enhance the finished artwork and maximize sparkle and visual impact.
Estimated Turnaround Time
Professional hand rendering typically requires 10–12 weeks to complete but may take longer depending on the complexity of the artwork and any revisions required before final approval.
Once the artwork has been approved, production begins and the completed kit is manufactured and shipped directly from our international production partner.
Actual delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Production and delivery may be affected by:
- Hand-render revisions
- Manufacturing schedules
- Production delays
- Holidays
- Customs processing
- International shipping
- Carrier delays
- Other circumstances beyond Beach City Boutique's control
Shipping
Beach City Boutique proudly ships worldwide.
Once production has been completed, estimated shipping times are generally 5–7 weeks, depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier transit times.

Ordering Information
This preorder must be placed as a separate order.
Do not combine this preorder with Ready-to-Ship products, other Made-to-Order items, accessories, or any other merchandise.
Orders that include this preorder together with any other item are not permitted and will be immediately canceled.
A $10 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for placing preorder items in a separate transaction. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement.

Discounts & Coupons
The introductory preorder price is the only discount available for this item.
Coupon codes, rewards, member discounts, promotional offers, loyalty discounts, or any other discounts cannot be combined with preorder pricing.
If an unauthorized coupon code or discount is applied, the order will be immediately canceled.
A $10 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This preorder exists solely to determine whether the artwork will move forward into professional hand rendering.
By placing your preorder, you agree to the following:
Before Submission for Professional Hand Rendering
Customers may request cancellation before the artwork has been submitted for professional hand rendering.
Approved cancellations are subject to a $10 USD cancellation fee.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Submission for Professional Hand Rendering
Once the artwork has been submitted for professional hand rendering:
- No cancellations
- No refunds
- No exchanges
- No store credit
- No order modifications
- No exceptions
Professional hand rendering begins immediately after submission, making all sales final.
If the Preorder Goal Is Not Met
If fewer than 10 paid preorders are received, the artwork will not move forward into professional hand rendering.
All preorder customers will automatically receive a 100% refund to their original payment method.
If PayPal processes the refund as an eCheck, bank processing may require approximately 7–10 business days before funds become available.
Agreement
By completing your preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand this is a preorder for artwork that has not yet been professionally hand rendered.
- Professional hand rendering will only begin after the preorder goal of 10 paid preorders has been reached.
- The introductory preorder price is available only during the preorder period.
- Orders containing any additional merchandise will be immediately canceled and subject to a $10 USD cancellation fee.
- Unauthorized coupon codes or discounts will result in immediate order cancellation and a $10 USD cancellation fee.
- Customer-requested cancellations before submission for professional hand rendering are subject to a $10 USD cancellation fee.
- Once submitted for professional hand rendering, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, order modifications, or exceptions will be permitted.
- Professional hand rendering typically requires 10–12 weeks, but additional time may be necessary.
- After production is complete, estimated shipping is 5–7 weeks, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
- By placing your preorder, you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
