Please Read Before Ordering

This is a preorder item. The artwork has not yet been professionally hand rendered. Your preorder helps determine whether this artwork will move forward into professional hand rendering.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

Preorder Details

  • Preorder Period: Now through July 8, 2026
  • Preorder Discount: 15% OFF the regular retail price (available only during the preorder period)
  • Shipping: No additional shipping charge will be added to this preorder item.
  • Preorder Goal: A minimum of 8 paid preorders is required before the professional hand render will be commissioned.

As soon as 8 paid preorders have been received, the artwork will immediately be sent for professional hand rendering.

The preorder will remain open through July 8, 2026, allowing additional customers to purchase at the exclusive preorder price while the artwork is being hand rendered.

If the preorder goal of 8 paid preorders is not reached by July 8, 2026, all preorder payments will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after the preorder period closes.

Preorder Kit Specifications

If the preorder goal is met, the kit will be produced with the following specifications:

  • Canvas Size: 70 x 95 CM

  • Canvas Style: Print-to-Edge - no DMC on the canvas

  • Tool Kit: Not included

  • Drill Configuration:

    • Square Resin Drills

    • Custom blend of AB, Mermaid Dust, Metallic, and Resin Crystal Drills

The quantity and placement of each specialty drill type will be professionally selected during the hand-rendering process to best enhance the artwork.

Estimated Turnaround Time

Because this artwork must first be professionally hand rendered before production can begin, the turnaround time is longer than our standard made-to-order kits.

Professional hand rendering may require multiple revisions before final approval. Once approved, the artwork enters production and is then manufactured and shipped directly from our international production partner.

Estimated delivery is approximately 10–12 weeks after the preorder period closes.

This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Professional hand-render revisions

  • Production schedules

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • International shipping

  • Carrier delays

  • Other circumstances beyond Beach City Boutique's control

Ordering Information

This preorder must be placed as a separate order.

Please do not combine this preorder with any other products.

If additional items are included in the same order, your entire order may be held until the preorder item is ready to ship. Beach City Boutique reserves the right to separate shipments at its sole discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This preorder is offered exclusively to determine whether this artwork will move forward into professional hand rendering.

By placing your preorder, you understand and agree to the following:

  • Preorders cannot be canceled by the customer once the order has been placed.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the minimum preorder goal of 8 paid preorders is not reached by July 8, 2026.

  • If the preorder goal is not met, your preorder will be automatically canceled and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Once the preorder goal has been reached, the professional hand render will be commissioned immediately, and all sales become final.

After the preorder goal has been met:

  • Orders cannot be canceled.

  • Orders cannot be modified or changed.

  • Orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

  • Refunds will not be granted due to changes of mind, turnaround time, personal circumstances, or any other reason.

  • Coupon codes, rewards, member discounts, or additional promotional offers cannot be applied after purchase.
